The State Bank of India (SBI) has officially released the much-awaited notification (CRPD/CR/2025-26/06) for the recruitment of Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales) for the year 2025. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
(As on 31.12.2025) - Candidates must hold a Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
Age Limit
(As on 01.04.2025) - Candidates must not be below 20 years and not above 28 years. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.
Selection Process
The selection for SBI Clerk involves a three-stage process:
Phase 1: Preliminary Examination
An online objective test of 100 marks conducted for 1 hour. It consists of three sections: English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability. There is a negative marking of 1/4th for wrong answers.
Phase 2: Main Examination
Candidates who qualify the prelims will appear for the main exam. This is an online objective test of 200 marks with a duration of 2 hours and 40 minutes. Sections include General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude.
Phase 3: Test of Specified Opted Local Language
Those who qualify the mains exam will undergo a language proficiency test. Candidates who have studied the opted local language in their 10th or 12th standard are exempted.
