2. Digital Products & Services
All digital products (e.g., e-books, downloadable files, online courses, paid articles) are generally non-refundable once delivered or downloaded. If you experience technical issues that prevent access, contact us — we’ll help resolve the problem or offer a replacement when reasonable.
3. Subscriptions & Recurring Payments
Subscription charges are billed in advance for the subscription period. You may cancel at any time. Cancelling prevents future billing but does not automatically refund fees already charged for the current period, unless specified otherwise below.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases such as duplicate charges, errors on our part, failure to deliver the paid product or service, or documented technical problems we cannot reasonably fix.
5. How to Request a Refund

- Subject: Refund Request
- Your full name and email used to purchase
- Order number or transaction details (if available)
- Reason for the refund and any supporting screenshots or files
We aim to respond within 3–7 business days.
6. Refund Process & Timeframe
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. It may take 5–14 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Partial Refunds
In some cases (e.g., partial access, partial delivery), we may offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us, we may contest it and provide transaction evidence. If a chargeback is reversed in our favor, you may remain liable for the charge.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
